RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival, as these are made to order specifically for you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty or damaged)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
